Former small time criminal Juppe returns to Finland to see off his dying mother. At his home suburb he falls in love with a single mother Taina. At the same time, his past sins catch up with him. Juppe has to decide between love and running off. A Little Story about Love will be a warm, romantic, rough, dark humour infused and uplifting film about people in suburbs.

Antti Heikki Pesonen
Antti Heikki Pesonen is a writer and director. His debut feature Headfirst (Päin seinää, 2014) won him the Jussi Award for Scriptwriting. Pesonen has also written a hit biopic Juice (2018). He has also won the Venla Award for Directing and the Risto Jarva Award for his short film Korsoteoria (2012).
