Sebastian Granskog
Sebastian Granskog is a writer-director, based in Helsinki. In 2024, he finished his MA in screenwriting at ELO Film School at Aalto University. As a filmmaker he dabbles in dark humor, absurd concepts and horror and has written several genre short films, including science fiction comedy Crazy Crabs From Outer Space (2022) and horror comedy Bad Hair Day (2023), which he also directed.
Crazy Crabs From Outer Space premiered at The International Norwegian Film Festival in Haugesund 2022 while Bad Hair Day was the only Finnish film to premiere in the Generation XYZ genre competition at Tampere Film Festival 2023. Sebastian’s second directorial short The Locker Room was commissioned by Yle and is a horror film for children.
