Only for applicants who do not have a Finnish social security number
Use this application form only if you do not have a Finnish social security number. You need a Finnish bank account in order to receive the grant.
Applicants who have a social security number must use the application system at tukihakemus.ses.fi. You can log in by using Suomi.fi e-Identification. Read more:
Decisions for the applications sent through this form will be mailed unless the applicant agrees to receive the decision by email.
