Family Time enjoys an award streak
Family Time, written and directed by Tia Kouvo, was crowned in Lübeck last week.

Family Time won the top award at Nordische Filmtage Lübeck, the NDR Film Prize worth 12, 500 euros. Filmmaker Tia Kouvo was present at the North German festival to receive the award.
The drama film, a humorous and sharp study on family relations, premiered in Berlinale’s Encounters section in March. It has since bagged the main awards at Riga International Film Festival and Seoul International Women’s Film Festival. Other awards and special mentions have come from the Transilvania, Reykjavik and Brussels film festivals as well as Valencia’s Cinema Jove.
Family Time is produced by Aamu Film Company and the international sales are handled by The Match Factory. The film will have its domestic premiere on November 10, 2023.
