Ten Finnish Films Competing at Nordisk Panorama
In addition, five minority co-productions were selected to the festival.

Finnish Film Foundation has supported nine films competiting in the four sections of Nordisk Panorama this year. Half of the films, six in total, in the Best Documentary Competition have received production support from the Foundation.
All of those films have already premiered at prior festivals. One recent festival success has been Equal Dust, by Jani Peltonen, which has been selected to the Edinburgh, Lübeck, Buenos and Palm Springs festivals, among others.
Production company Mouka Filmi has two films in the Documentary Competition: The Beauty of Errors, by Jukka Kärkkäinen, and the Swedish-Finnish co-production The Smuggler. Mouka Filmi’s producer Juha Löppönen is one of the five nomiees for the Nordic Documentary Producer Award.
