Erika Haavisto

Erika Haavisto is a filmmaker from Helsinki, Finland whose documentary feature debut ’Silicon Valley, Baby.’ premiered at the Helsinki DocPoint Film Festival in 2020 and won Honorable Mention at the Nordic International Film Festival. She graduated from a Master’s program in film production from Lund University. Haavisto’s other notable filmmaking credits include shooting and co-directing non-fiction series ’Rahdinmetsästäjät’ about truck driving in Canada and the US (2022, 2024) and producing and shooting the non-fiction series ’Dangerous Play’ (2025).
